Our experience has a proven track record of programming and integrating these components into virtually any automation project. BMC manufactures PLC control panels and touch screens which are highly sophisticated.
All our PLC control panels are assembled and tested before shipping. They are designed for large network systems or dedicated controller projects.
We manufacture these prototype products and build to NFPA 79 Electrical Standard for Industrial Machinery. BMC could easily reprogram the PLC to add new features to both new and existing machine controls, thus extending the life of the machine.
Looking For faster Changeover Times
Intuitive menus guide operators through the simple changeover process. Most changeovers are accomplished through a simple menu-driven process on the HMI. Operators simply select from pre-programmed “Recipes” for specific products, and servo motors precisely make the required adjustments. By virtually eliminating changeover errors, a fast ramp-up is achieved.
After gathering all the critical information from potential clients concerning their project, we provide a budgetary estimate not only as to the assessment of whether a product can be produced, but whether it can be produced affordably.
After we have determined that the project is technically and economically viable, we provide an estimate for making a proof-of-concept prototype control. This is a quick way to get a project off the ground and get a prototype control for evaluation purposes.
